All the staff was very helpful and affable, settled my issues. My room included a safe, TV set and a fridge. It was with bidet.
Had similar breakfast, it might be far better.

The room I booked had a large bed, a chair, and a couch, and the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to cafeterias and the city center.

Everything was perfect, very very helpful staff, nice location close to Ampang Point and mamak restaurant and much pay at cafeteria. There were satellite TV, climate control and an individual safe in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The bedroom was comfy, and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and offers a great view of the area. the rooms are spacious and clean with excellent service provided by the polite staff. the prayer room and five daily prayer services would be a great advantage for Muslim guests.
Some guests have mentioned minor issues with the cleanliness of the room and the quality of breakfast.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed the prayer room, which was perfect for our needs. the free parking and quiet location were also a bonus. the staff were friendly and helpful and even upgraded our room on the second night when we had trouble with the wifi. the breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of options to choose from.
The cleanliness of the room and noticed some dirty cups and a dusty light. the carpet was also a bit worn out and uncomfortable to walk on barefoot.

During my recent Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious rooms with great views and the convenience of two restaurants on site that stay open late. the hotel's location near a shopping mall made it easy to grab any needed essentials.
The quality of the food and slow refilling times left much to be desired. the lack of provided room amenities and poor wifi signal in the evening detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the impressive range of facilities. Its prime city center location made our daily commutes a breeze. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Additionally, the breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from.
Nothing could have been better.
